New ways of working in open plan offices
We all benefit from a variety of spaces that are specifically designed for the different tasks we undertake over the course of the day: quiet, distraction-free spaces for focused working as well as open working areas that encourage collaboration and breakout meeting areas.
Multi-use benches
Use large oak tables which double as dining and meeting spaces and can be used as touch-down working areas. The kitchen space itself is completed by USM Haller storage that at once divides the space, stores crockery and glassware while providing an informal, social meeting point at which to have a coffee and chat.
Shared workstations
An alternative is to create individual spaces without separating team members from one another. The set up is ideal for desk sharing or hot desking, allowing each worker to set the Kitos desk’s height to suit their needs.
